FRENCH LIVING IN THE PHILIPPINES

Phillipinnes-Vietnam strategic partnership is timely, helpful and a good start in the regional struggle against Chinese expansionism. Given the divided ASEAN and the critical internal strength that South China Sea neighborood must possess, we can expect the Philippines and Vietnam to wisely, lead this alliance forward with consistent solidarity actions while making serious efforts to include Malaysia and Indonesia to the rank. Alliance with Vietnam is promising as initial stage of cooperation among Asean and hoping to have a chain reaction with other Asean countries. Only with presence of Japan, SKorea, New Zealand and Australia and of course with participation of US can make a deterrent force against Chinese expansionism. As of now two brains planning strategy against China's claim could be productive. Oui, les grattes ciel sont beaucoup plus nombreux dans la  ‘’National Capital Region’’ ; l’on peut même dire qu’ils ont poussés comme champignons de couche à Makati, Fort Bonifacio Global City, Alabang ; le front de mer est méconnaissable, les terres gagnées sur la mer sont sillonnées de larges avenues et à Pasay, du fait des buildings, il n’est plus possible d’apercevoir la mer à partir du Roxas Boulevard. Autour de la capitale et jusque dans certaines provinces, même les plus reculées, le réseau routier se transforme. Des portions d’autoroute, je précise à péage, ont vu le jour et désengorgent les approches de la capitale. De nombreuses déviations permettent désormais d’éviter les bouchons qui se formaient dans les centres-villes. Les routes à deux voies se transforment en quatre voies, celles à quatre passent à six, de nouveaux ponts se construisent ici et là ; le long des routes de province nombre de rizières se transforme...
